Why Liberal Arts and Sciences in the Faculty of Engineering?
In this rapidly changing world of high technology, engineers in the modern workplace are required to display a diversity of knowledge in addition to their core academic skills. Flexibility and depth of thinking can only be reached through familiarity and a genuine interest in a wide range of subjects.
In our department we believe that liberal arts and sciences form the
basis for studying advanced technology and are here to encourage and
guide students through this process.
